February 1 is the day each year when we begin taking reservations for our season of classes, so we’re sharing and reminding you of a few registration details. Again, here is the Sievers Class List for 2021.
On that date, begin by clicking on the Class Category your desired class is in found in the right sidebar of our Home page. You can also use the search box to find a class. Then click on the photo or class title to read all the information before registering. If for some reason you have questions or problems, please know that you can always call us at 920-847-2264.
You can also simply call us to register. We love hearing your voices!
If you have a Sievers Certificate from a cancelled class in 2020, please find additional information below.
Your credit/debit card will not be charged until after you receive a personal email or call from us, confirming your registration and spot in the class. You should receive a personal notice from us within 72 hours. If you do not, please give us a call. The auto-confirmation email you find in your inbox after registering online just lets you know your class and housing choices have been sent to us.
If you register and have a Sievers Certificate from a class that was cancelled in 2020, please indicate that in the Additional Information box on the Registration page which comes up in the checkout process. You will be required to enter your credit card number, but we will not charge your card unless there is a balance due after using the certificate. We have an alphabetical list of all those who have Sievers Certificates and will be in touch with you personally regarding any balances after your registration.
We typically think of February 1st as the middle of winter, but we’ve barely been touched by the typical amounts of snow, ice and below freezing temperatures…yet. That being said, no amount of snow and cold could ever damper the warmth of hearing from you as the month of February begins.
This will be the 19th year that February 1st marks the opening day for online registrations. Prior to that, it was the anticipation of receiving the first registration in the mail. Those days, the brochure was mailed out anywhere from mid-March to early April. Now, we’re able to connect almost immediately, giving us more time to look forward to seeing you come through our doors!

I love the photos…brings good memories of my times at Sievers. Even if I got nothing done(I work very slowly,!) I always experience a calm and joy for life.
I am eyeing the Navajo weaving class scheduled for late August. My only hesitation is my being uncertain of the state of our COVID crisis. I am very conscious of my safety protocols, and don’t want to blow it all and become sick. I’m hoping to get vaccinated…I think being 70 years old counts for something, in terms of the waiting line. But, Illinois seems to be slow and disorganized in the roll out.
I’m in a waiting pattern, and can only hope that when I decide to enroll, that there are still openings. I will be in touch.

Thanks, Emma. We do hope life will return to a more normal state as 2021 continues. There’s so many unknowns…still. Please keep us in mind as the time gets closer to the Navajo Weaving class. Perhaps we’ll all feel a little more comfortable by that time! Take care, Carolyn
