Every day the trees are increasingly “showing their stuff” and both we (and the wildlife) are enjoying the changing views! The fall color report indicates Door County currently at 5% with the third week of October expected to be the peak of color.
We recently had a small group of quilters rent the Walter Studio for a week. As always, they brought several projects to start, to complete or to bring closer to completion. It always feels best when there is activity in the studio!
With several October classes cancelled, we are still offering studio rentals with availability in the Walter Studio from October 13-29 and in the Sophie Studio from October 17-23. If you’re interested, please contact us at

or 920-847-2264 for more details.
Expect more scenes as the remaining 95% of greens turn to reds, oranges and yellows!

Love the beautiful Fall colors! Thanks Carolyn for sharing. They are changing fast here. Hope they will stay awhile.
It was so good to see all of you. Fun, relaxing trip. Would have been more fun if we were in class……hopefully next year.
Take care everyone and stay safe!
Hugs

We’re just starting to get a taste of the colors. We’ll see if there will be more reds or yellows this year. It was wonderful to see the three of you and yes, let’s plan to see you in class next year.
Take care,
Carolyn

We agree!

Thank you, Carolyn, for sharing both fall and the lovely quilts. While I can get a bit of a quilt “fix” closer by, the wonderful fall scenes you capture so beautifully cannot be replicated anywhere nearby. You do, however, give me hope for cooler temperatures. Stay safe all of you.

Hi Mary,
You’re definitely in a great place for “quilt watching”! As the fall colors keep emerging, it will be fun to share them with everyone. We’ll get past a few cloudy, rainy days here and see what develops after that! We are all doing fine and hope you stay well, too. Take care, Carolyn
