On Monday, February 1st, registration will open! On that day, all of the 2016 class descriptions and complete registration information will be on our website, https://sieversschool.com.
Our 2016 brochure cover features colorful hand-spun yarn from a Deb Jones spinning class. The full printed brochure will be mailed by the end of February.
This year, Sievers will have a Registration Week, starting on Monday, February 1st and ending at 4:00 pm Central Time, Monday, February 8th.
Classes that receive more registrations during the first week of online registration than have space available, will be filled by lottery. Students who have sent in a registration for an overfull class, will have their names drawn from a basket and be added to the class in that order. Once the maximum enrollment is met, the remaining students’ names will go onto a waiting list for the class. This is the fairest way we can handle perennially popular classes.
To be sure you will be included in a class lottery, your registration MUST be received by the Lottery Deadline of 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday, February 8th. All registrations received during that week (Feb. 1-8) will be treated equally, regardless of when they arrive.

When registering online, clicking on the class title or on the button under each individual class photo should take you to a larger description of the class where you can sign up for housing, if applicable.
Your credit or debit card will be charged only after we confirm your class and housing. We will also let you know if your class is one that qualifies as a lottery class. Because any class may be subject to a lottery, you can expect to receive your complete class and housing confirmation on or after February 9th. Sorry, we cannot take any registrations before February 1st.
Sievers Scholarships are available towards class fees. Please contact us for information. The deadline for applications is April 1.

Hi Carolyn: I have a question regarding the lottery. Am I not guaranteed a spot in the class if I register Feb 1st or do you put everyone in a basket and draw after registration closes on Feb 8th.
Thanks Kathy
